- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once connected, I make sure I fully understand the customer's goals and definition of success. Then we manage expectations, get some coffee (or tea) and start to disassemble any challenges one brick at a time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Business Communications, an MS in Professional Writing, and a certificate in Rhetoric: The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking. I've also been briefing important audiences for years.
