Latest Review: Training with Michael has been a great experience. From mapping out goals to working through sessions, he has kept me motived since the beginning!
Having my right hip scoped back in 2014, I had been hesitant in getting back to doing certain exercises (squats, leg press, knee-ups, etc..) that would aggravate my hip.
Michael worked on what I felt was comfortable in the beginning. He introduced stretches that opened up the hip joints. Focused on proper form (which is exactly what I had wanted to learn) when weight lifting.
Within two months; I was able to deadlift, squat, and do jumping lunges without having hip issues.
I'm very satisfied with my results after working with Michael, I plan to keep working with him in the future.
