- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our flat-rate initial consultation fee is $200 no matter how long it takes for us to understand your case and recommend next steps. This fee is waived if you decide to retain our services. Initial consultations may be held in-person at our Leesburg, Virginia office, via phone, Zoom videoconference, or WhatsApp calls. Our clients are located all over the globe. Payments via credit cards or check can be made via our secure internet portal. After learning about you situation at your consultation, if appropriate, we define next steps and provide a written agreement that clearly explains fees imposed by US government and defines our services and fees so that you will have a comprehensive understanding of your overall financial commitment. On a case-by-case basis, we are able to offer payment plans, pro-bono and low-bono pricing for prospective clients in financial need. We believe in justice for all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client seeking immigration assistance has a unique story. We want to fully understand your situation so that we can best meet your exact needs. We also believe in "no surprises" which means we do our best to help you anticipate a variety of scenarios so we can be prepared in any case. Many of our clients do not live in the DC/VA/MD area. We communicate with them via phone, text, Skype, WhatsApp, and our secure online portal. If you would like to work with us, don't let proximity stop you from calling for a consultation. As we work on your case, our team will keep you informed every step of the way. We think of our clients as family and do everything we can to alleviate the stress and hassles of the immigration process for every client.
