Fast and responsive service. Had vinyl tiles laid in kitchen floor and 3 rooms of carpet on the 3rd floor steamed cleaned. Very good results, excellent quality for both jobs. We will use them for all our future flooring and carpet needs.

We used this company for carpet removal and laminate floor installation. Josias and his team were wonderful. They came to our house to measure and give us a free in home estimate, they were flexible with our schedule and were able to make suggestions to our project that helped a novice customer make good decisions! They were on time on install day and were efficient with their time. The floors look absolutely amazing and we are beyond happy! Even when we had one minor issue with a T-moulding strip, Josias came back promptly to make sure we were satisfied and fixed the minor complaint we had. On top of the great service he was competitively priced. We will be using them in the future when we redo floors in the rest of the house.

Gio's Builders did a wonderful job removing my textured ceiling; installing recessed lighting, crown molding, chair rail, and laminate and vinyl tile flooring; and painting my condo. He explained the best way to do things and why and was very responsive to concerns.

I hired Nilto to "finish" a room in my basement which we were turning into a gym. He framed half of a wall, hung drywall on two of the walls and the ceiling, installed an outlet, built a small custom railing, painted the drywall, and installed rubber flooring. Nilto took time to discuss the project and make recommendations based on his expertise. He even came back to our house to discuss the project with my wife and ensure she was comfortable with the plan. The project took a few days longer than expected (mostly due to uncontrollable things like drying plaster...etc) but was still finished in a reasonable timeframe. I had to point out a number of things that needed to be fixed (small things like some screws were sticking out, a few anchors in our concrete walls needed to be removed, the baseboards were a bit crooked), but Nilto took care of them quickly and send pictures to me throughout the project to be sure I was happy prior to returning home from work for the day. Overall, the price was excellent and at that price, I am very happy with the work Nilto did.

Patrick and his crew did an exceptional job refinishing and staining the 50-year old hardwood floor in my parents' house. They take great pride in their work, which was obvious from both their professional and conscientious demeanor before and during the work and the beautiful result after the work was completed. They explain what they are going to do and answer any questions you may have. I learned about flooring from them. I am planning to have them come back to re-do the kitchen linoleum flooring and re-carpet the den when we get to that point in the project. I highly recommend PM Services for all your flooring needs!

Laminate flooring was well installed. He's a great person and was able to fit me in his schedule in as little as a day after I sought out a floor installer. I would use him agin for any future projects. My floors turned out awesome and he adviced us on what to buy for the floors too!

Vlady and his team demonstrated excellent craftsmanship in all aspects of upgrading my two bathrooms (vanity, new outlets, lights, one vinyl tile floor, installing two new toilets, etc). I am delighted with their high quality work and excellent communication with me throughout this project - a delightful company and will hire them again and would highly recommend them to others.

The whole experience was much better then I thought it would be. I had 6 separate areas replace consisting of hardwood, carpet, and ceramic tile. Ceramic tile demo was a particular challenge due to the method that it was installed. Took all day for the demo, but much to my surprise there was no damage to my kitchen cabinets. In addition to the flooring installation I had a set of stairs replaced and a custom set of stairs made. The flooring that was installed was called Newport Pine which has a range of colors that include light to dark browns and light to dark greys. The goal was to stain the oak stair pieces to match the pattern of the laminate flooring. I have no idea who does his custom staining, but he matched the flooring pattern/color almost exactly. No one that has seen the stairs can believe that someone hand stained these. The custom stairs that were made caused some headaches, but when the issues were shown to Peter he admitted to the issues and basically had is guys come back and redo the stairs at his cost. The standard that I hold a contractor to is if it not acceptable for their house why should I accept it in my house. Peter seems to live up to that standard.
