Introduction: We create and produce events across the lovely state of Virginia. We also love to break out our luggage and passports whenever we can, so naturally we are beyond thrilled when we get the opportunity to plan destination events. We are so blessed to work with some of the most talented people in the industry (on the planet?) and are listed as preferred planners at venues across Virginia. Event planning is a beautiful marriage of design and logistics and we are experts in both. Our lives are constant whirlwinds of timelines, fabric swatches, paint chips, floral samples and event décor; we wouldn’t have it any other way. Here at Dogwood Events, we believe in seeing the positive in every situation, treating everyone with the southern grace and hospitality that we were raised with, and finding a reason to celebrate every single day. We also believe that honesty is always the best policy and that laughter is the best medicine. We don’t do stuffy and we never take ourselves too seriously. We understand that each event is completely unique and that each of our clients have different needs.
