Introduction: I have a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public relations and have worked in an Advertising Agency for years as a graphic designer and web designer/developer. So, when I work on a project, I not only bring experience, I bring my passion for art to my designs, my love for problem solving to my coding, and my Capricorn drive to achieve results to my marketing strategy. You could say I finished my first portfolio at the age of 8 when I drew a full cartoon cast of bunnies. I've loved art and making all things beautiful ever since. Another passion I've had since childhood is to complete puzzles, and even untangle my grandmother's jumbled necklaces from her jewelry box. As an adult, I realized I just enjoy problem solving, which has made learning to fix broken html emails the basis for my love of code, and the starting point for my web development career.

Michelle has fresh, modern ideas that make her work product and designs cutting edge. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New clients: $85/hour Regular price: $115/hour Referrals: Since your opinions matter so much, I also have a referral discount program, that if you were referred by someone, you automatically receive $100 or 20% percent off (whichever is more).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I set up a kickoff meeting that can be done via chat or conference call. This is to discuss the projects requested, and to determine the turn around time I can complete the tasks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a Minor in Graphic Design. I have been designing for 5+ years, and have spent most of that time, working in an advertising firm in the D.C. metro area.
