- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have have a flat rate pricing guide. We offer Military and Senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and find out the problem. we continue with gathering customer information and scheduling. We insure the safety of our customers with fully background checks on all employees. And we have a system that will text an approximate arrival time with a picture of technician assigned to their job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a Master HVAC license and a General Contractor license.
