- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to price each and every job as fair and competitive as possible. We provide free estimates, and upon approval can usually proceed with the work on the same day. We do not charge a dispatch fee or any fuel surcharges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take down the information you provide, find a mutually agreeable scheduled day/time, and then email a confirmation of this appointment to you. You will be notified via email when the technician is in route. If you have a rental property where you are not available, after taking all necessary contact information, we can schedule directly with your renter, while keeping you in the loop, and only proceeding with work upon your approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers have between many years in the trade, working in all aspects of plumbing, under our Master Plumbing License. These include repairs, installations, preventative maintenance, etc.
