BLUF, hire him! It has been a pleasure working with Scott. He will continue to be my go-to handyman in the future. Scott helped me fix up a rental property after a family of 6 lived in it for 5 years, needless to say there were many projects to be done. He was a hard worker who didn't need to be micromanaged. I was able to give him a long list, he asked a few questions, and then got it done. He helped me with everything from replacing rotten trim, installing weather stripping, painting a fence and a stairway, installing a toilet, removing overgrown brush, laying mulch, installing towel bars, fixing several sticky doors, filling cracks in the driveway, repairing water damage in cabinets, pressure washing... the list goes on and on. He was exceptionally easy to communicate with, both before and during the project. Towards the end of the project I had to leave town. I felt completely comfortable having him in the house finishing the work without me being present. He sent me periodic updates and pictures to let me know how long things were taking and what had been completed. I couldn't have asked for more. Scott is truly a FIND!! We needed someone with multiple skills to remove a wall, reroute electric outlets and lights, and then put the drywall and woodwork back together again! And our 35 year old house presented oddities like 2x3 studs and strange electrical configurations. Scott approached these issues with technical know-how, creativity, and persistence. He worked quickly, and always cleaned up the area at the end of the day. We can’t say enough positive about our experience working with Scott.

$100 service fee every new job and $60 per hour. So the first hour will be $150 and $60 thereafter.
