On Friday, September 22, 2023, two very professional plumbers arrived at my home to install a Sump pump and unclog two of my bathroom sinks. Both plumbers performed quality work and charged a great price for their services. They both communicated well with each other, showed that they were very knowledgeable, and gave me great advise. I will definitely contact Drain Clean and Plumbing for future plumbing work in my home.

The technician Jamie did a good job on replacing the external spigot. It was done swiftly and neatly. No mess. There was only a discrepancy in the service fee. After I notified them, one of their managers, Abdul contacted me right away and apologized for the inconvenience and resolved the issue. Great customer service.

We scheduled them for what we thought would be a simple unclogging and came out to be worse. The technician, Josh was patient even though the issue was more complicated than expected. He was able to address it and was very kind and explained well the concern. He communicated throughout the entire ordeal and was overall very informative.
