So I had 6 (very) large trees close to my house that I wanted to be removed (50+ feet). I’ve dropped a few 40+ ft trees, but never close to a building, so I wanted a professional. After talking to 6 contractors, I went with DKG, and after watching the job all day from my back porch, I have nothing but love and respect for Dustin and his crew.
For starters, when Dustin came to do an estimate, he was THE ONLY contractor who was on time (he was 15 minutes early, and as a former Army boy, that’s music to my ears). He was very informative about how he would attack this job, and he was very transparent about his insurance. He enlightened me about how insurance works, and it helped me make my decision when hiring a crew.
The team arrived promptly at 9am, and they jumped to it without a bunch of wasted movements and chitter chatter. It was clear that they do this every day because no movement was wasted. They made very quick work of every tree, and they cleaned up immaculately as they went and afterward.
The entire crew was professional, polite, and even happy throughout the entire job. Even when an unexpected issue came up, Dustin handled it in stride and offered to make it right, and he maintained his politeness and professionalism throughout.
I probably have another similar job coming up, and I’ll give it to DKG without thinking about the decision because they’ve earned it. If you have a tree or lawn job, call this company.
