- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bell Home Organizing LLC provides packages based on the number of hours required to complete the project and the number of organizers required. I typically ask clients to provide photos of their spaces and from there I will provide the client with a quote and available dates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will review and assess your space. I typically ask clients to give me a brief tour of their trouble spots. This way I can better understand the issues you are having. After the walk through, we will review the challenges you are experiencing and discuss your goals for the area. Next, we will work together to create a strategy for a more functional and organized space within your home. Then I get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). I have completed the following certifications: Household Management, Life Transitions, Residential Organizing, Team Productivity and Workplace Productivity.
