- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Final Payment is due prior to Session/Event Student, Military, Rescue/Police Discounts available
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client or process is simple. After our initial contact we gather information about the Session/Event and create a quote which is sent to the client via email. The client then accepts the quote which prompts them to the next steps of digitally signing the contract as well as paying the deposit (all done via the same link). At this point we schedule the shoot if we haven't already. The last steps are the actually shot and media delivery. If it's a portrait session or a wedding we will do a viewing session otherwise we deliver digitally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International, WPPI and the Professional Photographers of America, PPA. In addition to attending their annual conferences, I also take courses on posing, lighting, and photography and videography techniques to enhance my skills.
