Highly recommend. Jake was easy to confirm and book services with. He showed up on time (he was actually able to arrive early) and very efficiently got the job done. We just moved into a new home and needed to the entire upstairs carpet cleaned, which included some questionable pet stained areas. He took care of everything, we trusted his professional recommendations on the treatments needed, and we have been very pleased with the result.
