- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My work and time are valuable and I deserve to be paid for it, however, I don't believe in ripping people off. I strive to make my pricing fair. I may charge a non-refundable deposit for big commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what the customer wants the product to be like beforehand, so that I can give them exactly what they desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a number of photography classes at a local university where I learned to take, edit, print, and mount photographs.
