- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is based off of local and national averages. We take pride in knowing that we offer fair, competitive, and honest pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation. Once we have the customers contact information and a description of work, we can schedule one of our service experts to come the property and provide an estimate. All service experts arrive on site with a fully stocked and outfitted truck so that service can be provided same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licensed and insured Plumbing, Electrical, and Renovations contractor in Virginia.
