Agnese is always on time, flexible and a lot of fun. She also works me like nobody's business. It's deceptively manageable and then you feel the burn. We've only had a few session, but I already feel like I can see a difference. Moreover, I really enjoying meeting with her. She makes working out hard...fun..ish.
Rob is a very supportive and informative person who has been extremely flexible with scheduling. His coaching abilities have kept me motivated during our sessions. In the few months of his training, I have had huge improvements in how I look and feel. You can tell immediately he is a family man with great morals. His pricing is super affordable and well under priced for the services he offers. It's refreshing that he can come up with completely new work outs for every session. Sanjay is amazing. I've been working out with him since January 2014 (over 10 months) in bootcamp. I've never stuck with a bootcamp or group exercise because it became too routine. Not with Sanjay! He keeps us on our toes, constantly switching up the exercises in strength training, cardio, plyometrics, all in diverse settings and a positive attitude! He pushes us where he knows we can go always surprising ourselves. He is an excellent trainer and I've seen results in my waist, thighs, and arms. I've never had a semblance of a flat stomach... Kim makes my 3x/week boot camp workouts challenging and fun! She keeps me actively engaged in the exercises, and rotates from one to the next quickly so I'm getting cardio and strength training, with critical core. Incorporating new exercises with my favorites, Kim keeps me on my toes and pushes me to be better and stronger. Her nutritional advice is spot on too. Kim will assess your strengths and weaknesses and guide you to success. There's no better personal trainer out there!
Jay is an outstanding trainer. As a former Division 1 College Athlete I feel as though I'm back with my team training when I go to bootcamp classes. Not only am I challenged each and every day physically with the workouts he gives us, but I know I have another family to always have my back. Jay has never given us a workout that is the same as another one in the entire year I've been training with him, which is quite impressive! He is constantly changing the exercises, the layout and structure of the workout, and the space in which the workout takes place to ensure it never gets old! Everyone who joins the bootcamp class is motivated to become a better athlete and a better person. Also, Jay is extremely motivating when it comes to nutrition and accountability. He helps create individual plans that fit each client's lifestyle. I look forward to my bootcamp classes and on days where work is grueling, I know I can count on bootcamp classes to pick up my spirits. The people in the classes push me just as much as Jay and it's an amazing level of accountability that keeps us all motivated to be better.
I have tried several different training bootcamps and personal trainers in this area. Never in my life have I been pushed and encouraged in such a way as I have by Zo. Its not just weight loss he focuses on. He focuses on building muscle, speed, and being healthy inside and out. He got me in the best shape of my life and I couldn't be anything but ecstatic with the results. His kettle bell class made the strongest I have ever been in my life. He can tailor it to any needs, whether they are for sports, rehab, or weight loss. Huge fan.
Ellen and her team, including Michelle, do a terrific job pushing hard for broad improved cardiovascular and muscular performance. Their training is challenging yet supportive. Great coverage of a broad variety of muscle groups, endurance drivers and nutrition. All with humor and fun!
I have known Manny since 2009 and he is definitely not the typical trainer. Besides helping you reach physical goals he encourages and motivates you to exceed in mental goals as well. He has extensive knowledge on various exercises/exercise routines, nutrition, and chemical properties and processes of you name it! If you have questions he will be more than happy to answer you and if he does not have the answer he will get back to you the same day with the information you need to be successful! Manny has such an approachable personality and lights up the room with his presence. Manny is a very respectable man and shows you how to have fun while getting a workout in that best fits your needs! He addresses your level of fitness with an evaluation and within the duration of you working with him, he will compare your initial eval to your future ones to show you how your body has been changing by both measurement and percentages. Working with Manny has broken my threshold to the things I never thought I was capable of doing. I could have never gotten to where I am now without him! He has helped me reach beyond my expectations/goals for myself and encourages me to exceed even what I have already accomplished! Success is not where it ends with Manny, so be prepared to reach higher and higher levels in your life that you would have never imagined possible! I have done his circuit training, bootcamps, and personal training and I have loved every part of it! I went from being around 170lbs to my lowest 135lbs. Dion saved my quality of life. For several years I have worked out with him in boot camp and was fit. I suffered an accident and broke my ankle and could not walk on that foot for two months. He gently worked with me to keep muscles working and regain my balance and ease discomfort from walker on shoulders. I am back and happy and almost 70 years old and will be at bootcamp and thank Dion each day for making it happen. I feel great!

I've been a client of Grow or Die Athletics for over two years. During that time I've lost 35 pounds. This is due to great workouts with Brandon and following the meal plans and advice. In addition to the workouts I've attended his bootcamps which are challenging, there are exercises I've done that I never thought I could do (flip a tire). Brandon is s motivator and encourager and he listens to you so that you can reach your goal. He does his part and then it is necessary as a client to do my part. If you do what your trainer tells you it is amazing the results.

Tee's Fit was amazing. During her bootcamp, she was very attentive and pushed me so that I would reap the benefit of a good workout. I left drenched in sweat so I definitely would go back. I would highly recommend her to help you achieve your fitness goals .
awesome early AM Bootcamp program! would def recommend for mom's looking to loose baby-weight after pregnancy -- they let you go at your own pace and don't yell in your face when you can't do a certain exercise, unlike other bootcamps I have been to!
I originally started this bootcamp as a way of cross training for a long distance swim I was doing. That was two years ago. The workouts Jeanette puts together are never the same and are challenging no matter what your fitness level is. She does a great job of making the class enjoyable while encouraging you to push yourself. I highly recommend this class!
