- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to discuss a clients project with them so I can narrow down details that will affect quote, ie. type of materials, finishes, accessories, etc. Once that is done my price will include labor, material, delivery/installation and I do require a deposit. We do offer military discounts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find it works best to discuss in more detail what the customer is looking for, so I can give a better quote and also to be able to offer new or different possibilities; as far as designs or different materials available to them. Also the customer is looking for something "custom" which allows much more options that might not be available to them elsewhere.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 30 years of experience working in my field, I have had the opportunity to work with many talented cabinet makers adding to my learning process.
