Rather than giving a random generic plan, I utilize information the client provides via a 3 day food log so that I can adjust the food they are currently eating. The process is called comprehensive basal metabolic breakdown. Whew, a lot of huge words that simply means that I adjust my client's macronutrients to align with their goals. I analyze calories consumed in carbs, proteins, and fats, and I make the necessary adjustments. The adjustments made are determined by age, current weight, current caloric intake, activity level, gender, and the thermal effect of food. So in a round about way, I apply whatever adjustments needed to assist with whatever goals desired. Be it weight lost, or weight gain, this is the strategy I use to ensure it is tailored to each client. The cost is $150.00. This amount covers a 4week plan
