I put in for a project and received a message from the "pro" instructing me to call David. I called David, and he seemed as if he had no idea what I was talking about and he also came across as too busy to care. He then asked me to refresh his memory about the project and as I begin to explain it, the phone was disconnected. David did not bother calling me back, so I called him back and as soon as he answered and I told him who I was, he blurted out, "Could you hold on a minute" as if he was frustrated that I was bothering him with a job. A real professional might have told me he was occupied at the moment and would have scheduled a another time to call, but instead David acted as if he did not care. The customer-pro relationship begins when the customer puts in the request, and if he is like this during the initial call, I could not imagine how we might have been during the actual project. Great experience with this company. We had them gut an existing bathroom, and replace two valves and an outside hose bib. They responded to my inquiry promptly and were very professional throughout. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A have a background of 15 yrs in the business of remodeling,i have taken classes to get the knowledge needed to provide work according to the most recent local codes of different trades, and aside from the experience I have from attending school, I have learned lot about different trades on the job sometimes you have to improvise and do things different than by the book but still manage to keep projects under code !
