- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on my clients’ needs. I consider material needed, dimensions and labor when creating a proposal ,in which where, I may include applicable discounts. I will do my best to accommodate my clients’ financial needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is my preference to set up a free consultation to meet with my client, get familiar with the project, and discuss additional details plans or ideas to ensure I have a clear understanding of my clients’ needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure of working with clients from different backgrounds and needs which has helped me to better understand new clients who might share the same needs as previous clients. In a likely manner, I have worked for clients with commercial and residential needs.
