No attention to detail. Does not clean up after themselves. Didn't even bother to cover the carpet. I did say I was going to get new carpet but I never said when. My guess is they wanted to move on to another job so they rushed. These aren't even all the pics.Sep 7, 2017VerifiedTim Z.'s reply
In response to this review. We started with a condo that was neglected for several years. We did many wall repairs and painting. We also replaced both toilets, medicine cabinets, door repairs, new shower doors and cabinet repairs. I delivered the materials from Home Depot at no charge to the client. The client also told me the carpets were being replaced after we were finished as well as a professional cleaning prior to moving in. I also returned three times to do paint touch ups that were very minor. The pictures that were taken are magnified on a cell phone which make it more than it is. I never hurry a job to get to another. I am the one that returns for any issues that arise. Thank you, Tim Zinck

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been doing this type of work for many years. the training I received has mostly been on the job training. I did receive my HVAC certification through formal training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I got started in this type of work, because I enjoy building things and making improvement to things as well. I have always enjoyed working with my hands.
