- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Virginia Ultra Clean prides itself on prompt response times. Once service is requested, we will contact you via email or telephone (choice of client). Before servicing a client, we want to make sure we provide all services requested to your liking. After service is performed, we will send a follow up email with invoice or paid receipt for services rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 10 years experience in residential and commercial cleaning. Virginia Ultra Clean was founded in 2019, however our team has held many various cleaning positions to included management and training. We follow a standard operation manual to ensure through, quality work.
