Rudis was very easy to communicate with and quick to schedule. He showed up about 15 minutes early and was done and gone within an hour. He was straightforward, well priced, and very dedicated to providing great service.
After a day’s worth of rain, we had a leak from our roof indoors. Rudis inspected the roof around the chimney and found 3 areas where the previous patchwork and sealant was deteriorating. He provided me 2 options to remedy the problem and a warranty for it once it was done.
Absolutely recommend! It’s hard to find trustworthy, motivated contractors these days. Rudis’ work and personality speaks for itself.

Although there was no water leak inside, I had minor damage and marking on my ceiling, and needed help to assess the cause.
Within an hour of my request, Rudis responded to help, proposed a time, and was flexible to my work schedule. He arrived exactly at the meeting time and inspected my roof. Following his assessment, he explained the issues, what they could cause, what he would do to resolve them, and how much it would cost. For example: “there is opening near the chimney, which caused water to come through, I will place metal over to seal it, and it will cost XYZ. If you agree, I will do it.”
Rudis was transparent in his actions and cost, timely, and communicated well prior to meeting and during his work at my home.

Rudis was very professional. Took a look at the hole of my flue pipe and told me what he was going to do to repair it. The finished product looks great. He also walked around my roof and made some small fixes where he saw needed a quick touch up. Was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. He was quick to respond as well. Thank you!
