I OWN A FAST PACE INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING CONSULTING BUSINESS AND MY SPARE TIME IS VERY LIMITED. I HAVE JOINED NUMEROUS GYMS AND TRAINING FACILITIES OVER MY 65 YEARS. IN MY PREVIOUS LIFE I WAS AN ARMY AIRBORNE COMBAT VETERAN, PLAYED CONTACT SPORTS, SNOW SKIIED PROFESSIONAL.... MY BODY HAS SEEN A LOT OF DAMAGE MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO WORK OUT. PREVIOUSLY I HAVE GONE HOME, CHANGE CLOTHES, LET MY DOGS OUT AND RUSH TO THE GYM. THEN, RETURN HOME, ALL IN ALL, TAKING UP TO 3 HOURS. THEN, I DISCOVERED ROB THAT WAS RECOMMENDED BY ANOTHER TRAINER, HE WOULD TRAIN ME RIGHT IN MY OWN HOME. EACH WORKOUT IS PERSONALLY DESIGN FOR ME AND ADDRESSES THE JOINT PROBLEMS I HAVE. I HAVE MY OWN GYM BUT HE ALWAYS COMES EQUIPPED WITH HIS OWN GEAR TO ENHANCE WHAT I DONT HAVE OR MIXE IN SOME NEW FUN EXERCISES. HE IS ALSO TRAINING MY WIFE FOR A 60 MILE MARATHON IN CALIFORNIA THIS YEAR. ROB HAS ALSO GIVEN ME TIPS ON DIET AND HAS INTRODUCED ME TO AMWAY PRODUCTS...GOOD STUFF ! ALL IN ALL, ROB IS A GREAT TRAINER AND IS VERY TOLERANT OF MY CRAZY WORK SCHEDULE. HOME TRAINING IS THE BEST AND IS SO LESS TIME CONSUMING VS. HAVING TO GO TO A GYM. ALSO, AT A GYM YOU WOULD NEVER GET THE ONE ON ONE PERSONALIZED TRAINING HE INCLUDES IN ALL HIS WORKOUTS. ROB HAS A TERRIFIC PERSONALITY AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. Rob is wonderful! He is flexible, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patient. My friend and I were very much beginners and he started with where we were at physically. He always had something new for us to do each session. We worked out two times a week and he would give us workouts to do as homework on our days off for free. We both improved dramatically in our time with Rob. And now that we are not working with him anymore we are still able to maintain our workouts because he helped us develop a routine and we now know a lot of different exercises we didn't know before and can create our own workout. You can tell he actually cares. He was also very patient with my limitations physically of having back problems and being a smoker for a long time with my lungs still recovering. He is also very affordable! Definitely hire him!

My husband and I wanted to look at getting a personal trainer for both of us to work with so we went on thumbtack, filled out the survey of what we were looking for and requested a quote. Rob messaged us and a few days later we set up a consultation at our house. We loved Rob's enthusiasm and genuine personality. He was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel extremely comfortable. We set up personal training twice a week at our house in which Rob was always on time for. He would bring exercise equipment with him for us to use in our home for our work outs. I loved how he pushed us and motivated us at the same time. Rob makes you want to be a better healthier person for yourself and I truly admire his constant words of encouragement!

Rob came in and was just what my wife and I needed. He was able to quickly assess what our current physical levels were and devised workouts for each session that matched our level and challenged us to move beyond it. He was good about explaining how to do each of the exercises that were part of the workouts and explained the different types of workouts that he introduced us to (and the purposes/benefits of each type). Rob was flexible in the scheduling of sessions, being willing to push back and forward as needed and even re-scheduling as needed due to numerous activities going on. Would definitely recommend YHPT and Rob to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels.
