Absolutely exceptional in every single way. Elin is without a doubt one of the most positive and supportive coaches. He listened closely to my goals and selected the perfect trainer for me. Trainer Alek is an amazing person who customized a program for me that is challenging, but not overwhelming. Working with Alek is very motivating and he pushes me to work harder to reach my goal in a very subtle way, so that a hard workout still is enjoyable and fun. Every week he emails me a workout summary and an overview of where I’m currently standing in my training. Elin is also tracking my progress and he reaches out every week to check up and see if everything is working out to my satisfaction. Elin and his team are professionals who truly enjoy helping people like me reach their goals. Customer satisfaction is highly regarded and they work with you to accommodate your schedule and budget. I have worked with different trainers and studios in the past, but Elin and his team are taking personal training to a whole new level.
I have been training with Robert Armstrong (Fitness Stop LLC), Personal Training, 4 times a week since November 18, 2015. I researched numerous fitness programs and met various personal trainers in my local area before choosing Fitness Stop LLC. I found an immediate connection with Robert and his training program as I felt he truly cares in working with his clients to reach their fitness goals regardless if its 10 or 60 pounds. His personal experience in weight loss and dedicated training drives his clients to achieving their fitness goals as he has. My goal is to lose 25-30 pounds within 6 months from the start of my training. Robert provided me with a meal plan that I have been disciplined in following. He prepared me to understand the challenges I will experience when changing to a healthier lifestyle with consistent exercise and diet. Robert has the patience yet pushes his clients to the level he knows they can achieve and they do. He works well with clients with injuries as well. In the first 3 weeks I trained with Robert, I lost 10 pounds. I definitely met my goal in losing the most difficult 10 pounds in less than the time I expected and because of it, I am more motivated and determined and will continue training with Robert. Losing pounds and maintaining the weight loss was always the most difficult for me but because Robert's training varies and not boring, I look forward to each training session and always feel accomplished after. The only regret I have is that I wish I had started sooner with Robert Armstrong and Fitness Stop LLC but like anything in life, better late than never.
I've been training with Nate several times a week for over 5 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with my progress, fitness level (strength, duration, flexibility), and the ongoing challenge and diversity of workouts -- they're never boring and incorporate strength, stability and core, time under tension, and functional training for every part of my body. In addition, Nate's a nice guy with a great sense of humor, so the workouts are tough but enjoyable. After his initial assessment, he continued to take the time to get know me individually and has a vested interest in my health, well being, strengths, and weaknesses (he enjoys identifying and having me work on my weaknesses!). Nate works hard with each of his clients and he customizes each workout for their individual needs and goals. In the 5+ years I've trained with him, Nate has never been late or missed a workout -- even in snowstorms! When I need to change a training appointment, Nate works very hard to find a time that is mutually beneficial. Finding the right personal trainer that had the proper knowledge, experience, equipment, interpersonal skills, and motivation to align with mine was tough; and I couldn't be happier to have found Nate. My investment in training with him has been more than worth it: I'm in great physical shape, my doctor asks if I've found the fountain of youth, and I've made a good friend in the process.

I've been an athlete my entire life, and as such, I am familiar with training from an array of backgrounds. I have never had training as successful and rewarding as the training I get here. The lessons you learn here will help you become stronger both physically and mentally, as you learn to push through barriers like never before. I can honestly say that I am the strongest (both physically and mentally) I have ever been.
Training with Jenise (BodyByJenise) has changed my life for the better! From the past two months I've worked out with her, I've definitely seen a huge difference in my body, eating habits, and overall energy. I use to workout in college but never remained consistent. I ended up gaining a lot of weight when I got out of college and never lost it. I seeked out services on thumbtack and received quite a few offers but decided to work with Jenise based on her experience, passion, and personal experience with weight loss and assisting clients. Boy, am I happy that I did! From my very first interaction with her, I knew she would be able to whip me into shape. I was already motivated when she walked into the gym (her body was stunning!) We've just started training with Kevin but it's obvious that he is very knowledgeable and professional. He is also very pleasant and easy to work with.
I started working with Mr LaMont so that I could get back on track with exercising, and get back in shape after having my second child. He has been very great at personalizing my workouts, to fit my needs. He is accommodating when it comes time scheduling the workouts, and I appreciate his positive outlook on health and fitness. His personal training style, to me, is more of a teacher rather than a drill sergeant. I've worked out for years, from yoga to crossfit, and yet I am still learning new things from Mr LaMont.

First, what a great guy! I'm a female and always felt comfortable. Brian has so many different ideas and techniques I never get bored. I'm training for a specific event and within 30 days every number improved. I did my cardio on my own and did strength training, core workouts, legs, lifting, etc. I highly recommend.
I've been training with Angie for over a year now and I love her enthusiasm she has for her clients! The excitement and drive she has to meet my goals is just the nudge I need to challenge myself and go the extra mile. Angie pushes hard but appropriately so which helped me to achieve more than I could have imagined…like completing two Spartan races within a 1 month span of time! She is knowledgeable with all aspects of fitness and health and does her research to cater her training to meet my needs and goals. Some of my goals were to tone, strengthen my core and incorporate full body exercises to my fitness regimen and I'm very pleased with my results. She keeps me on my toes and changes up the exercises each session. Sessions never get boring and I learn new ways to exercise on my own between sessions. I can’t wait for the boot camp classes to start! Also, now that the weather is warming up the flexibility to take the training outside is a nice added change of scenery than the gym.
