- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to be annually certified by Apple in order to provide software and hardware support to their products. I am also seeking A+ ( or PC hardware ) certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am fascinated by how things work. I was the child who broke all my toys to see what was inside, just now I can put them back together ;)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I make misbehaving software play nice together.
