Weddings by Nicole G., LLC (formerly Creative Affairs (Georgia)) has spent many years working with couples and families to plan their weddings, receptions, bridal showers, baby showers, family reunions, and other special events in a professional, confident, and creative manner. Nicole assisted me with planning my destination wedding in Florida. She did an amazing job coordinating all of my vendors and even negotiated the group hotel rate and a lower catering rate since my wedding was in the middle of the week. I would recommend her skills, knowledge and expertise to any couple needing planning services. She is a true professional.

Nicole was an absolute Godsend to me during the planning, coordinating, and directing of my wedding. I was extremely stressed out about many details of my wedding and in some instances didn't know where to start. Nicole kept my head clear, kept me calm, and walked me through things that I could and should do so my planning would not be so stressful. She helped me narrow down venues and vendors based on the vision I had for my wedding. (I was all over the place when searching for venues! UGH) She helped me determine the most efficient way to seat my guests at my reception so that members of both families would mix and mingle. Nicole directed my rehearsal and wedding with authority, professionalism, and tact. (My wedding party loved her energetic spirit! My mom and sister even asked to work with her on some weddings! LOL) On my wedding day, Nicole was at the venue before I was to greet my makeup and hair artist and get them settled in the room prior to my arrival. I did not have a worry in the world that day and was able to enjoy my wedding and reception with no frustration and no stress. Our day would not have been the same without Nicole, and I wish we had found her sooner in our planning process! We hired Nicole as a day of coordinator about 3 months before the wedding and she went far beyond our expectations. She seamlessly picked up the planning reigns and alleviated much stress along the way. We were still in need of booking a few important vendors and she helped us find wonderful ones on very short notice. She was extremely organized and worked very well with our families and other vendors to ensure that everyone did what they were supposed to. Nicole also checked in with us regularly in the 2 months leading up to the wedding both to check that we were doing what we needed and to make sure our stress level was well managed. On the day of the wedding, we had a hurricane come through that prevented our outdoor ceremony/cocktail hour plans, but she handled this so well and consistent with our vision that it barely registered as a change to our plan. Nicole is incredibly outgoing, friendly, and extremely easy to work to with and she melded right into our families. She loves planning weddings and does it extremely well! We would highly(!!!) recommend Nicole to anyone needing help with their plans (no matter the stage)!

Nicole was absolutely amazing! We had a beautiful weekend wedding at Lydia Mountain, and Nicole helped guide us every step of the way. I've heard every wedding has hiccups, and ours was no different... We purchased our own linens and it was taking forever to get the wrinkles out, and Nicole took them home to throw in dryer and hang for us, the night before the wedding. She was great with communicating to all of our vendors, and stepped in when things weren't right.She kept me calm, as I was so nervous to walk down the aisle...and my family and friends and I all loved her! She was such a blessing. Look no further....Nicole is the event planner to plan your dream event!

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole and her clients, Kristie & Robert. The couple selected me to officiate their wedding and Nicole was their wedding planner. As a wedding officiant I have the opportunity to work with many wedding planners. I found Nicole to be kind, caring & warm. She is very detailed oriented,organized and flexible. It is clear that she has a joy and passion for the work she does. We had a last minute adjustment to the location of ceremony (from outside to under the tent) due to heavy rains and Nicole handled this beautifully. Everything went off extremely well. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our package pricing starts at $2350 and increases based on your needs. Our most popular package starts at $2975. We offer Wedding Day Management, Partial and Full Wedding Planning, Destination Wedding Planning, and Honeymoon and Travel Planning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial contact with a client is with a complimentary consultation via telephone or in person. This consultation, allows me to gain specific information on what services you need and allows you to learn about us! It is at this point where I encourage questions so that we may both determine if the working relationship is a good fit. After our consultation, I will prepare a quote of all the details we discussed and send that to you. Upon hiring, a contract will be sent and your retainer collected with your stated payment terms. From there, the work begins!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional and certified wedding and event planner through ABC (Association of Bridal Consultants) and The Planners Suite University. Additionally I am LGBTQ+ certified through the Equality Institute.
