- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price that I send in a quote covers sound, lights, setup, travel, but not extra hours if requested
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am hired I require a 20% down to hold the event date. The balance can be paid anytime up to 1 week before the event date. I'll then contact you to do a workup time line, and you may pick all your songs , part of your songs, or just the type of songs. I will custom your list and timeline to your preference. During the event you request any additional hours other than the hours that were quoted will be at a cost of $50 for each hour and I will only accept cash only for that during the event. I do have flexibility in working with my clients.

I started out building websites for entertainers that were just getting started. I then started doing lights and sound for some and really enjoyed it.
