Midgett's Fine Foods catered our wedding recently. It was a 'smallish' affair of 30/40 people. Kyle surpassed our expectations. I was impressed (first) by the creative presentation. The only presentations that I have seen that rivaled his were at the culinary contests at Fort Lee, world class chefs. The food was delicious as well as beautiful and bountiful. The shrimp ceviche was perfection. Loved the bite sized items - the beef wellington was very cleverly served in the tiny pastry shells. Would use MFF again in a heartbeat.

I have hired Chef Midgett on two occasions because I was familiar with his work in the field. For both catering events his level of professionalism in managing the planning and preparation were exemplary. He hired staff who clearly knew their jobs. The menu, food preparation and presentation were perfect. Chef Midgett surpassed our expectations at the first event, was hired for a second, and certainly will be hired again!

I have an Associates degree in applied science of culinary arts, from the Art Institute Of Washington. In addition to the degree I also have over 13 years in the business which has taken me from Va Beach to Dc working for top notch customers such as the governor of VA.
