Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a perfectionist and am never satisfied with "good enough." I treat each computer as if it belongs to a member of my family. It has to be done right, configured to be easy to use, and most of all, be setup to ensure maximum security and safety on the Internet. Security is my #1 passion and part of that involves educating folks whose computers have been infected with malware. I will clean it thoroughly, but unless the consumer changes their habits, the odds are very good that they will become reinfected within a short period of time.

Joe Difede and 2 PC geeks are awesome! I have worked with Joe for more than 10 years and he has always done great work. I would not trust my computer to anyone else. Joe is an indespensable asset for anyone who uses a computer

Once again I turned to Joe of 2PCGeeks to remotely assist my daughter who lives 1300 miles from me. He doggedly pursued the problems for a couple of days. (Yes, there were a multitude of problems including hardware errors.) I cannot say enough about how great it is to work with people who truly care about others. He really puts the word 'service' back in the service business.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

With todays environment, virus and malware removal takes up most of my time. The malware writers today are very brilliant, and are constantly challenging antivirus companies to keep up with their challenges. The best line of defense is YOU! Be very careful of what you click on, stay away from known bad sites by using a browser plug-in such as Web of Trust, don't click on email attachments unless you are expecting one from someone, and most of all, if a pop-up claims that you are infected, and offers a free scan, shut your computer down immediately and call for professional assistance.
