FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every project is somewhat different, there is no standard pricing that I adhere to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for new customers would first include an initial consultation on the property to explore the goals and visions, as well as budget, of the client and merge those into options for achieving the end result. The property will be measured at that time or soon after, depending on the project, and some type of design will be worked out. A larger project will have a rough draft of a design and a price range associated with it presented to the customer. Further fine-tuning will follow until a final proposal and design are achieved. Smaller projects may be finalize more easily, with less fine tuning needed before a final proposal is given. Scheduling is discussed, and once a contract is signed, a deposit is usually collected and the work is scheduled.
