Teresa was wonderful to work with for my October 21, 2023 wedding! I booked Teresa in May and she was great at communicating with me before the wedding to make sure she had all my vendors, timeline, and vision. Because I live in DC but the wedding was in Richmond, she did a site tour with my venue without me having to be there, which was so helpful. I had her for a 12 hour contract on the day of, 11am-11pm. But she sent out introductory emails ahead of time and make sure all my vendors had my timeline. The day of, she made sure all my decorations were in place - including zip-tying my floral arrangements to my arch beautifully! She coordinated the ceremony procession which was wonderful as we didn't have access to the venue the day before so couldn't do a rehearsal. She coordinated our grand entrance with our DJ. She helped release tables for the buffet and kept us perfectly on time. She even saved the top tier of our wedding cake and cut the bottom for our guests! Teresa was extremely kind and helpful for the whole process and I recommend her for your event.

First and foremost I would like to say Teresa may be one of the most genuine people you would ever meet in your life. She made our wedding day the most memorable day of our lives. She was so eager to help, provided helpful feedback, presented ideas, and took a lot of stress off of us during the months leading up to the wedding. Not only was she our day of coordinator but she was also our decor and design expert. She turned the Bride's imagination into a reality and we cannot be any happier. Teresa was always a text message or phone call away when we had questions, concerns or needs. The Smith's would HIGHLY recommend Teresa and her team for your Wedding Day needs!

We couldn't be happier with our decision choosing to use The Royal Treatment Events (specifically Teresa). I require a deposit to hold the date. The balance is due when the ceremony is performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to meet with the client. At the meeting we discuss the client’s vision and how to bring it to pass. A quote is developed and presented. When both parties agree to the terms a contract is signed. Let the fun begin!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained minister through Faith Landmarks Ministries. I am a Certified Wedding and Event Planner through the Lovegivity Institute.
