Jacob was very professional and thorough in his initial assessment of my project (fence repair/replacement), listened to what I wanted and made suggestions on better options. When we settled on a plan and price, he was ready to begin the project, there was no two to three week delay as with most contractors. There were some delivery issues with the materials (due to the Covid situation) but Jacob stayed on top of things and got the materials delivered and started the project. He completed the replacement of my fence (450 ft) in a week, doing most of the work by himself. One of the most important things to me during this process was my dogs. Other contractors wanted to demo the entire fence and then rebuild, with the rebuild starting several days after the demo and then taking 7 to 10 days to complete. Only Jacob suggested demoing a section and completely replacing that section before leaving for the day. He knew it was important for me to keep my dogs contained, and therefore it was important to him. This level of concern and care is not typically seen these days. additionally, part of my fence went through a wooded part of my backyard which was mostly overgrown. Rather than simply trimming the underbrush around the area where he was putting the fence, Jacob cleared the entire overgrown area. So that area of my yard which was previously unusable will now be a space we can enjoy. The quality of his work is fantastic and his work ethic is impeccable. I am contemplating some additional outdoor projects and I will most certainly call on Jacob again!

While not the cheapest, clearly Jacob had the needed experience. I am very pleased with the overall results and particularly his professionalism and responsiveness. Jacob keep me in the loop each step of the way. If I had to do this over, I would absolutely choose Outdoor Creations and will use them for future projects. Highly recommend.

Jacob did an amazing job on our recent fence project. He was extremely responsive and able to answer all of my questions quickly. He started the project the very next day and gave me several options to keep the cost down. He came every day rain ornshine, and worked until the sun went down. He kept is up to date each day on what the next steps were and finished ahead of schedule. We were so impressed with his professionalism, workmanship, and all around positive attitude.
