- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we are constantly getting our hands on the new devices to tear apart and familiarize ourselves with that way when approached with a problem we can address it the right way
- What types of customers have you worked with?
iPhone screen repairs are big here people cant seem to keep a tight grip on them but no worries we have done so many that its second nature to us and most repairs take 30 minutes or less
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
ask about the warranty they offer and how long they have been in business we have a lot of people who are in it for the money and don't have the necessary training to get the job done right the first time
