Didn't know what there were doing, made a mess of my house. Had to call a pro in to clean up after them.Sep 4, 2017John K.'s reply
Thanks for the review William
These guys did a great job with replacing our unit. They were punctual, professional and got the job done in the amount of time that they said they would. Our house is nice and cool again. Highly recommended!Aug 23, 2017Verified
They provided a second opinion on the status of an air handler and were very complete in their assessment and clear in their description of the options as well as the expected timelines for when the condenser coil could deteriorate.Aug 12, 2017Verified
All of the people that we dealt with from the initial inquiry to purchase were patient, informative, professional, and eager to please. We had all our questions answered, and were convinced that these were the folks we wanted to do business with.Jun 7, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Not complicated. We charge a hourly rate of 65.00 and between 5 to 20 % on parts used. I believe this is a lot more fair than a Flat Rate pricing system that a lot of companies are using out there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We treat all of our customers the same. We do quality work for a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I just went to Trane manufacturer school. We are consistently going to all the various HVAC manufacturers schools.
