New customer process is as follows: 1) Project scope meeting : We gather all the details of what the customer would like us to create for them. We discuss budget vs. project idea, project scheduling, material type and color. 2) We take all the information gathered during the project scope meeting and begin the drawings and specifications phase. Once the drawings and specifications are approved by the client we then profide an estimate base on the drawings and specifications. 3) If the estimate is excepted by the client we then move to the contract phase. Contract, drawings and specifications signed by client. Client pays deposit to start project. 4.) Deposit has been payed and construction then begins. Weekly progress reports every week is emailed to the customer. Once job is completed delivery or installation is scheduled. 5) Delivery of project pieces requires final payment pior to delivery. Installation projects are completed once the builder and client conduct a final inspection and the client approves completion based on the contract. Client then pays final payment at the builder/client inspection meeting. Project is then completed.
