We are a Restoration company and needed a plumber immediately. He showed up within one hour and had the problem fixed within two hours. Burst pipe, water main and leaking bathtub.
Anthony arrived when he said he would. He then assessed the situation and found the problem. My faucet was leaking from the handle. We discussed my options and I elected to buy a new faucet and he installed it. Anthony was fair in price and I will definitely use him again with any of my plumbing needs.
He was over same afternoon and fixed the clog in my shower drain in under 30 minutes. Super helpful and friendly! Will use for future plumbing issues
He came and made a repair that was apparently everlasting at my current house, a troublesome tub faucet. fixed quickly, and some mishaps on the repairs behalf but was courteous and understanding.
Bordeaux Construction Services did an outstanding job on a water damage repair job for my currently leased home. I believe the price was just right especially for the quick response from Lee. The home had first floor drywall damage caused by a plumbing leak in the 2nd floor master bath. Lee contacted me within 30 minutes of my quote request on Thumtak.com and asked to take a look at the water damage to the property two days later, on a Saturday, in order to provide a quote for the repair. After confirming with the tenant, we solidified the time. I was so happy with the expedited response and his response to me in general on the website that I then explained the problem to the best of my knowledge. I wanted a single general contractor to take care of my problem! It is such a pain dealing with multiple contractors for a repair job. I asked if Lee would could find the leak, repair it and the damaged drywall. He told me he would definitely do his best to fix the problem but he really needed to look at it first. I authorized him to do what he could. When Lee showed up at the property on Saturday, he did just that. He removed the damaged drywall, inspected the master bath plumbing, troubleshot by testing the bathtub plumbing and found the leak. He repaired the plumbing on the spot. He explained to the tenant they needed to allow time for the water in the ceiling to dry and for the repair to cure. On Monday, he called the tenant and asked them to test the repair. All went well and he scheduled the drywall repair two days later. The ceiling is dry wall with knock-down plaster which can be extremely hard to match in the middle of the ceiling. The tenant was extremely happy with the workmanship. I couldn't be more happy with his efforts as a property owner who is currently deployed overseas. He turned a truly stressfull situation for myself and the tenant family into a total success. Thank you Lee!
The job required installation of several floor cabinets in a kitchen. On one side the cabinets were raised off the floor, mounted away from the wall, and a butcher block counter top cut and installed. On the other, sink side, a cabinet was installed and all cabinets on that wall were leveled to allow for installation of a counter top. The individual doing the job provided ideas on how to proceed and worked quickly to provide a quality product. He was willing to work around the clock to complete the installation and worked continuously while on site. I trust his judgement and his work ethic is above reproach. I would certainly recommend him for any job you may have.
I was very pleased with the work done on my kitchen floors changing from hardwood to tile. Just what I wanted and done in the time frame too. I highly recommend Lonnie Kitchen if you need tile done on your floors. Susan
Jason and company are almost halfway through renovating my 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo that experienced massive flood damage. Work completed or nearly completed include ceiling drywall replacement, scraping, texturing, and painting. J&N has also replaced a section of damaged subfloor near a shower, installed kitchen drywall, and replaced the shutoff valves under the sink. Reasons I would recommend this company include: 1. Integrity - Jason shows up when he says he will and does what he says he is going to. If something goes wrong, he makes it right. 2. Proactive communication - he sends updates on progress, is very knowledgeable, accessible, and is a straight shooter. 3. Reasonable prices - Comparing to other estimates received, J&N's prices are fair. So far I am pleased at the quality and timeliness of the work.
I install and assemble most home appliances, furniture, bikes and any other toy. I have 24 years of experience as a biomedical equipment technician.
We remodel homes; install flooring, tile, marble, and hardwood floor; install doors; paint; install and repair shelock; and install all kitchen and bathroom appliances and small electrical connections.
Had Alan install bathroom and kitchen fixtures and sink during my home remodeling project. Did a neat and first-class job. He also noticed problems with old existing piping and pointed it out and replaced it saving for me potentially thousands of dollars in future water damage
My work stands out because i take time to make sure its done the right way the first time so there won't be any complications and the job is done quickly as possible.
Because we take the time and effort to make sure everything is perfect.
Installed shutters for five windows. Very professional and completed the job as requested.
Jessica was fantastic - great communication, on time for estimate. Contractor showed up on time - job estimated at 3 days, took 4 (day 1 - 4 hours, day 2 -7 hours, day 3 - 6 hours, day 4 -3 hours). Thought they could have worked longer on day 1 and would have finished on time. Weather prevented them from finishing on the 3rd day. (Jessica supposed to provide me with extra tile and grout - still waiting, but confident I will get it). Overall good experience.
