Introduction: Over the course of my life, physical training has always been one of the ineffable parts of my career as an athlete and a coach. I don't see myself just as a trainer who goes through the basic by laws of training, but I encourage you do things distinctively. My Name is Martin Embry from Jacksonville, Florida. I currently coach at CNU and won two back-to-back championships for Bethune-Cookman University (MEAC conference) in the decathlon. By the end of my senior year, I started training one individual who needed some type of advocacy in losing weight, and by the end of three weeks, he lost 28 pounds. I knew that I had a passion for becoming a personal trainer. I receive my certification in International Sport Science Association. Changing lives is my why. What is yours?
