Introduction: I go out of my way to make sure the customer's problem is like my problem. If the customer wants to know I take time to explain what's not working and what I'm doing to fix it in a way the customer can understand. I make sure the problem is fix the best way and not just any old way. I make sure the customer is very satisfied. No matter what, there is always a solution to problem. If I don't know the answer, someone else does, and I'll find it. It's just a puzzle. In 38+ years I've yet to have one beat me because I don't give up. I keep working until I find the solution and sometimes that means, YOU JUST NEED TO GET A NEW COMPUTER :-)

My experience with this company and Jeff was excellent in helping me resolve the problem with my digital telephone. After 8 months of dropped calls and numerous visits from Cox technicians, I called Jedi. Over the next month Jeff called Cox several times and advocated for me to check on the status. He was able to direct them in investigating various options. Finally, it appears the problem has been fixed. As a testament to his character and integrity, I was not billed for service call until after the problem was fixed and only billed a basic service fee. He certainly deserved much more. I give an EXCELLENT rating in ALL categories and would HIGHLY recommend his company.

Jeff was very prompt in responding to my call. After explaining the nature of the problem Jeff immediately conducted research and within a very short time was able to provide me with options and a cost estimate. After further discussion with Jeff I was able to make an informed decision to replace rather than repair. Although I was unable to hire Jeff to complete the repair based on my experience with him I would most certainly have hired him for the repair had it been economically feasible. For any future IT issues I will definitely call on The Computer JEDI.

    I went to school for electrical construction and maintenance and electronics then transferred over to the computer field. I've worked at Northrop, CSC, SAIC as a Senior Computer Systems Administrator. I am currently a Desktop Support Technician at NASA Langley Research Center. I hold 4, NASA IT Security Certifications, A+, Network + and Security + Certifications. I am also certified as a fiber optic splicer. In the 43 + years in the IT industry I've work all sorts of computer, home theater, security, video teleconferencing, and electronic systems. I try and stay abreast to the latest trends but it moves quickly.
