Our typical process for working with a new customer is as follows: We will contact the customer to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss the customer's needs and goals. We will then develop a proposal that outlines our services and costs. Once the proposal is approved, we will begin working on the project. We will keep the customer updated on our progress throughout the project. Once the project is complete, we will provide the customer with training on how to use the new system. I started my career as a software engineer, and I quickly realized that I loved working on complex problems and finding creative solutions. After a few years, I decided to move into a management role, and I have been working in IT management ever since. I am passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems. I believe that IT can make a positive impact on the world, and I am excited to be a part of that.
