She took care of our wedding with great professionalism and reached out to all vendors way ahead of time. She was always checking on us (Bride and Groom) to make sure we were fed and we didn't need anything and took initiative to keep us in the loop of guests or venues request so we didn't have any surprises. I, the bride, didn't notice anything really go wrong, literally my day was perfect and had no stress whatsoever. I just consider myself the luckiest bride to have found this team to handle the day-of-coordination. I appreciate the team that helped keep us together and have a great time at our wedding.

TcTc with on 2- 1/2 weeks until our wedding, was able provide us with services we needed. On three weeks notice they were able to help with everything we initially thought we could handle ourselves. They provide assistance with working out the flow of the ceremony, reception, picked up vender services and day of coordination. We originally had our centerpieces and decoration ideas done, they were able set up everything like we wanted. The draping and up lighting was spot on according to the pictures we provided them. Over all they did a great job working within or budget and still let the bride be the bride.

Tara did an amazing job with coordinating my wedding as a day-of planner. She kept consistent contact with me throughout the months prior to the wedding. She attended my final details appointment and the rehearsal. She was always punctual, encouraging, thoughtful, and provided lots of good ideas and positive feedback. On the day of the wedding, she went above-and-beyond with the venue set up; she doled out tasks to helpers in a useful manner, and was working diligently to make sure that everything came together on-time, and according to how I had envisioned. She rolled-with-the-punches when we had a few hiccups in our schedule, and did a great job with communicating with the vendors and keeping the events moving in a timely manner. I am grateful to Tara for all of her hard work, patience, and help. She really helped to make my wedding a success.

We booked Kellie to DJ our wedding in September 2015. She went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We had planned an outside wedding and due to a storm, we moved it to another location last minute. Kellie was there for me through all the stressful times - she may have just been my wedding planner! Maegen coordinated my wedding in 2012. She helped me find local bridal and cake shops, DJs and venues for our wedding. We started planning about a year in advance and she was there every step of the way. Maegen had great ideas for decor and made sure we did not forget any important details. By the day of our wedding Maegen had been in contact with all of vendors involved(cake lady, DJ, caterer, photographer, musician,etc.) and coordinated what time they should arrive to the venue to set up for the wedding. She was there bright and early the day of our wedding and made sure everyone arrived on time and set up as planned. When there was a delay in my arrival she made an announcement to the guests explaining the delay and convinced our caterer to open the bar which our guests greatly appreciated! She made sure we stayed on time all night even though we started an hour late and ensured the major events were done early so those who wanted to leave could. She ensured we had time to take all of the photos we wanted and they turned out amazing. At the end of the night she worked with my family to move all of our gifts out of the venue and made sure all of the guests were out of the building by the required time so we did not get charged extra! She made our wedding day stress free and enjoyable! We could not have asked for a better coordinator for our wedding!

Melissa is the best to work with, as she has coordinated dinners, weddings, baby and wedding showers at our B-n-B. While making the event fun, she is very professional, punctual, has always been on time. Her quality of work is outstanding and she really attempts to find out what is really important to her clients, all the while keeping every thing running smooth. Melissa has assisted me personally with events for our coffee business and pays close attention to details. She is also very affordable and worth every penny. We would recommend her to anyone for any type of event you may be having.

    We hired Sandy for day of event coordination and it felt like she did so much to help coordinate with vendors and the venue. It made the mounting stress seem to just dissipate. My wife and I really wish we had found her sooner and made the call to have her coordinate the entire thing. My wife was away most the time with deployment and Sandy made communication easy despite most being through email and phone calls. She just magically solved problems with vendors and kept my wife and I in the loop the entire time. Her professionalism was top notch and I have been recommending her and bragging about her to everyone I know is getting married. CALL HER! It will be the greatest wedding planning decision you will make. Thank you Sandy!!!

    My wedding was September of 2015 and I hired Melissa Phillips of 4evermore Wedding and Events, my decorations were Absolutely Beautiful! From the background decorations to the table decorations....The color coordination was perfect and filled with so much Love!     One of the most important and rewarding decisions I made through the process of planning my wedding was choosing M&T to be my wedding planners. These girls are absolutely amazing. They took care of everything from helping me find a venue, to even taking my veil to get it cleaned for me. They were there every step of the way, for every contract I signed, for every decision I made, for picking out decorations and flowers, even for giving my dad (who lives out of state) directions when he got lost in Richmond on his way to the rehearsal. These girls were with me through thick and thin, and helped me plan the most amazing wedding I could have ever wanted, in only 3 months. When it came down to the day of, if anything caused complications, I never even knew it. Everything went so smoothly and just the way I imagined it would. At the end of the day they always ensured that all of the contracts were being followed and I was getting everything I wanted. Through this experience, these girls are so much more than just some wedding planners that I hired and will never talk to again now that the big day is over with, I can honestly say that these girls are and always will be my friends.
