FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Computer lessons are based on a flat hourly rate, and I bill by the minute (unlike others that bill in 15 or 30 minute increments.) My customers are always thrilled with each lesson, and many say that they would have gladly paid double for what they learned and how the lesson was presented. Computer repair pricing is based on the job instead of time. I hold honesty as the ultimate form of respect, and will always be honest when it comes to my repair business. First, I do not perform any kind of screen repair. If a computer simply isn't worth repair (even though technically possible,) to repair it would be to disrespect you, myself and my business. I will offer my professional opinion and guidance - those are free. Home automation design and implementation is one of my great loves. The pricing is based on several factors that we will go over thoroughly before any papers are signed or work begins. I will assure you right now though, that you will love your home more than you ever have before, you will look forward to coming home to a space that is customized for your exact preferences in countless aspects, from the simple things like lighting color and room temperature to as advanced as a refrigerator that can display recipes based upon what's inside and order what you need and have it delivered. I promise I will work within your budget always.
