- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on the services and type of menus that are requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to the client to learn about their expectations and culinary tastes, along with all restrictions and food allergies. Then a preliminary menu is submitted to the client. An in person meeting is scheduled so that we can become acquainted, and discuss all of the specific details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I briefly attended culinary school, but I am mainly self taught. I have over 20 years in the food industry and have held just about every position. Currently I am the owner of General Meals Food Service offering various culinary options. From a cooking lessons to corporate catering events, I have experience in it all!
