- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we do our pricing for local moves we either do a 2hr minimum or 3hr minimum based on the size of the move then we charge a price for anything that exceed the 2hr or 3hr limits. Long distance is just a flat rate fee depending on how far you are going.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the customer and finding out what the customer want and meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been in the moving business for 5yrs I've own my own moving company for 2yrs so i know the ins and outs of the moving business.
