I have a disadvantage due to an accident and Colleen has been great giving me exercises that fit within my physical capacity. She pushes you to do your very best! Latest Review: Kelsey really took the time to listen to me and knew what I needed. When I was struggling with a workout, she knew the best way to motivate me was to join in and do it with me. She did this with no hesitation. She took the time to talk me through the hard days when I didn't want to push myself. I am so proud of what I have accomplished with her! Even though I am not going to Kelsey right now, she encourages me on social media! Which is the best way to keep me motivated at home! She taught me so many things. She knows how to get the job done! I cannot wait to go back and continue to get my butt kicked!

Latest Review: I have begun seeing Sanford last week and the workouts have been strenuous but great! I decided to get a personal trainer, so that i can be pushed to that next level and Sanford is the best for that. We workout different muscle groups, separating the sections each day, and after every workout i leave feeling better than before. If you want a trainer with vast knowledge on the bodies different muscle groups, dieting, and so on and so forth, you wont be dissapointed with Sanford Gunn.

Latest Review: Functionally Fit provides a friendly environment with a trainer who knows how to tailor the workouts to meet your needs. You get everything here (weights, mobility, cardio, agility, etc), which keeps the workouts exciting and effective. The classes are quick and convenient - often around 30 minutes! Functionally Fit also has yoga twice a week which is a great compliment to the weekly programming. I look forward to going as often as I can!

He developed a work out program customized for me and my fitness level. His focus has always been and continues to be on helping me attain my health/fitness goals and keeping me on track. He takes the time to give me feedback and reevaluate to help me stay focused. He is prepared for each session and gives 100% of his attention to ensure that I am using proper form to avoid injury and utilizing my time with him to get maximum results. He also provides recommendations, guidance and support outside of our sessions to help keep me focused and motivated, which is something I definitely need! Latest Review: I trained with Brian for over a year at X3 before he left Atlanta. I was very sorry to see him go. From day 1 he impressed me with his very thorough technical knowledge and his attention to detail. Before living in Atlanta I trained for 5 years at Sweat in Orlando and thus have a high standard for personal trainers. Brian completely sold me on his skills from the first day. The sessions were immediately geared towards my goals, with complex, full body moves in the weight room and fast-paced cardio/bootcamp-style sessions meant to raise and lower heart rate in intervals. All the things I knew I had to do to get to my goals. I also noticed he kept notes of my progress so I had confidence that he was going to push and change things as progress dictated. He did in fact over time alter not just the weights but the sessions to adjust based on progress I was or was not making. He brought up nutrition from the first day, setting goals for me, setting up a tracking system, and was always very proactive about reviewing my food journals. He was never afraid to call me out on things I should be changing, which is good. You don't need a trainer to tell you what you want to hear! His meal service was on point. Very tasty food, lots of options, and cooked with a lot of attention to the ingredients, quality, and cooking methods. That was a very nice added bonus. I can't speak highly enough of Brian, he is an excellent personal trainer.
