"I've been working with Renall for the past 4 months or so and I couldn't be happier! I've never been too fond of working out before but I now look forward to the gym everyday. This newfound love can be attributed to the great relationship I've built with Renall. His attitude, smile, and humor definitely help make the time not only fun, but also go by fast. Working with Renall has helped me find motivation and, arguably, motivation may be what drives you to the gym in the first place! So yes, this is a VERY important factor I so appreciate about Renall. I only spend 30 minutes with him twice a week but I have already seen results. He pushes you through positive encouragement and strategically designed workouts to fit me and my goals/needs. I have no doubt that he does his best to get the most out of me in the 30 minutes and, therefore I do my best to work very hard within that time. It's a symbiotic relationship and I am so excited to have him as my trainer! Not only are the workouts fun and challenging, but he also educates me on the science behind the fitness to help me better understand my body and the exercises. The only thing I would like to see different is his availability. We're both busy people and it's hard to schedule times! "

"Kelsey really took the time to listen to me and knew what I needed. When I was struggling with a workout, she knew the best way to motivate me was to join in and do it with me. She did this with no hesitation. She took the time to talk me through the hard days when I didn't want to push myself. I am so proud of what I have accomplished with her! Even though I am not going to Kelsey right now, she encourages me on social media! Which is the best way to keep me motivated at home! She taught me so many things. She knows how to get the job done! I cannot wait to go back and continue to get my butt kicked!"

"Sanford is absolutely amazing! He is professional and dedicated and truly cares about his clients and their goals. He is very knowledgeable about exercise/training and the science behind working out. Always showing up on time and never missing a session, he encourages you throughout each workout and pushes you to your limits. I always leave his gym feeling great! He changes up routines, which is great for both your muscles and keeping the workouts interesting. He quickly learns about you as an individual and tailors workouts specific to your needs and likes. He doesn't only train you, but works out WITH you like a workout partner. This not only makes me feel like I can do it, it allows me to learn proper form for each exercise. I have been working out with Sanford for a couple of weeks now and I am already developing strength and definition, which is a goal of mine. You will not be disappointed giving Sanford a call! Not to mention...he plays great music!"

"Functionally Fit provides a friendly environment with a trainer who knows how to tailor the workouts to meet your needs. You get everything here (weights, mobility, cardio, agility, etc), which keeps the workouts exciting and effective. The classes are quick and convenient - often around 30 minutes! Functionally Fit also has yoga twice a week which is a great compliment to the weekly programming. I look forward to going as often as I can! "

"I trained with Brian for over a year at X3 before he left Atlanta. I was very sorry to see him go. From day 1 he impressed me with his very thorough technical knowledge and his attention to detail. Before living in Atlanta I trained for 5 years at Sweat in Orlando and thus have a high standard for personal trainers. Brian completely sold me on his skills from the first day. The sessions were immediately geared towards my goals, with complex, full body moves in the weight room and fast-paced cardio/bootcamp-style sessions meant to raise and lower heart rate in intervals. All the things I knew I had to do to get to my goals. I also noticed he kept notes of my progress so I had confidence that he was going to push and change things as progress dictated. He did in fact over time alter not just the weights but the sessions to adjust based on progress I was or was not making. He brought up nutrition from the first day, setting goals for me, setting up a tracking system, and was always very proactive about reviewing my food journals. He was never afraid to call me out on things I should be changing, which is good. You don't need a trainer to tell you what you want to hear! His meal service was on point. Very tasty food, lots of options, and cooked with a lot of attention to the ingredients, quality, and cooking methods. That was a very nice added bonus. I can't speak highly enough of Brian, he is an excellent personal trainer."

"I took a few months of Insanity from coach Conti as part of an overall fitness journey of weight loss and improved health. This was the hardest class Ive ever taken in terms of physical demand but Coach Conti is a great encourager and always explained the exercises very well and went around the roon making sure everyone was using proper form and I learned a great deal from him. As an encourager, he's one of the best. His class took me to my limit, then pushed me two steps beyond my limit, which was what I needed to add another dimension to my weight loss journey."
