Washing machine repair botched! Said it was fixed 3 times... All 3 times it worked for 1 load ONLY! Now ignores our calls & refuses to come back!

I contacted this technician to repair a broken double wall oven. Kyle was very easy to schedule an appointment and communicated with us until he arrived.
His initial thought of the problem was not the final fix action, but stuck with it and continued to troubleshoot until he figured out what the issue was.
Price was very reasonable for the effort he had to give for our oven issue.

We were happy with Kyle's initial diagnosis of our dryer problem, but he is very hard to get in touch with and doesn't respond to calls/texts in a timely manner.
