The movers didn’t have a sense of urgency AT ALL! It’s like they were trying to take their time so that we can pay for extra hours . It took them 1 hour to take apart our bed plus they lost a couple screws. The two guys ripped our couch (we got 10% percent off). After 4 HOURS , i told them to stop because it was just awful . nothing was completed and we had to assembly everything on our own . Last but not least, they left a firearm in our home, a black hand gun , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and it’s been 2 days and i still cannot get in contact with the owner. what you are saying is untrue. My guys busted their butts for you throughout the entire move and you were never satisfied. You decline the extra protection for your furniture and that was explained to you, and we still gave you a 10% discount even after we explain that you declined the extra protection. There was never a real gun it was a BB gun that my son had in his bag that he forgot there was there along with all of his military paperwork. You refuse to give his paperwork back now he has to go back and get everything done all over again. I do not understand why you're saying we brought a real gun into your home it was a BB gun that my son had in his book bag. He simply forgot that it was there he didn't mean any harm by it. All we want is his bag so we can get his stuff together for the military and you refused to give it to us. What you are doing is deformation to my company and i dont appreciate it.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?With a military background, moving was always frustrating. What would frustrate me the most was seeing the stress that moving brought to not only myself, but my family and also other military families who had to move. So I promised myself that I was going to be the one to change the moving process, bringing the excitement and joy back to the journey of traveling to a new place or home. Last but not least treat everyone the way I want to be treated because to me, WE ARE FAMILY!!!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?To take some time, think about what you want from the moving company you plan to choose. Do not settle for wasting hundreds and hundreds of dollars on a "big name" company who end up surprising you with additional costs, but choose a company that can not only bring you the lowest price, but one you can trust in to deliver your items the safely.
