Contacted them a week in advance and were able to get me on their schedule. They had all the supplies needed to get to work quickly. I had some old water and termite damage above one of my windows. They cut out the old damage and replaced what needed to be replaced, then patched and skimmed the plaster.

    We have 15+ years in the hospitality and window treatment fields. During 15 years providing friendly and excellent customer service has been a huge detail for both of us!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    We would tell them it's important to look to build a lasting friendship with whomever you're going to work with. Building a good rapport with customers should be the number one priority! Pay attention to how they interact with you via the phone or email and also in person. We believe every job should begin with a proper introduction and end with a see you next time!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    How long will a project take to be done correctly? Address price changes if the job changes. sometimes while working on a job it becomes more in detail that couldn't be seen in the beginning reevaluation of the task should be done at that time so that you know if the length has changed and if prices will be changed. Another good question is what is your contact policy while doing the job?
