I like to hear about my customers pain points, or the areas that they find the dirtiest or most irritating. We wanna make sure to completely knock those outta the park. Then we make sure to touch all the other focus points. For my repeat customers I like to rotate areas of concern, starting with their major pain points, on different visits.
